Holiday Inn Express & Suites Chicago-Libertyville, an IHG Hotel

Great staff especially the gentleman that looks like he could be the late Richard Pryor's son. Very welcoming and accommodating. The coffee was good, the breakfast was good, the room was clean and spacious; even the television in the room worked exceptionally well and had great channels to choose from. There was plenty of parking as well. I was surprised at the additional amenities too. Overall, it was truly a wonderful experience and I highly recommend staying there if you are attending a Navy Bootcamp graduation at Great Lakes as it's very close in proximity. Oh, I failed to there are a couple of restaurants and Walgreens and a Boba shop walking distance from the hotel and that too is a plus.

The customer service, hospitality and friendliness oh and cleaning was excellent. Very close to Six flags. Very worth the stay. The breakfast was good.

Very responsive to all inquiries prior and during stay. Beautiful setting with a wooded environment. Used the pool and work out area which are open late which was great! Housekeeping excellent. Great breakfast.
